Child Abduction Prevention (CAP) Hosted by Tusky Valley Cross-Country Team

The COBRA Child Abduction Prevention Class is an exclusive 2 hour course for 4-12 year olds provided by COBRA Defense Canton. In just two hours your child will learn the importance of strategies for stranger awareness. They will learn how to use their voice to bring attention to the “Bad Guy” and will learn the importance of distance. Each child will participate in practicing mock 911 calls using an interactive app unique to the COBRA CAP course. The children will also learn how to “anchor” on their potential abductor and/or the abductor’s vehicle as a way to become a much harder target for the attacker. The COBRA CAP course is the best investment you can make relating to your child’s personal safety and well being. For less than the cost of a pair of sneakers, you can empower your child to be more equipped to handle this type of criminal intent.
